Background of the Study
Local entrepreneurship development plays a crucial role in the economic growth of communities, particularly in Minna Local Government Area (LGA), Niger State, where small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) contribute significantly to local employment and economic activities. The Nigerian Constitution provides a framework for protecting the right to economic participation, but local entrepreneurs often face challenges related to access to finance, regulatory barriers, and lack of infrastructure.
